Furthermore, most content owner, producers don’t bother about copyright unless their content is aimed for marketing purposes and besides it gives them the acknowledgment they need especially for new and upcoming producers or directors.
The infringement law varies in different countries, and some countries take the act of stealing and uploading a movie or content in the cinema illegal and will slap down the culprit with legal actions.
How to upload with permission?
To gain access to the use any part of a movie, consider speaking with the content producer to upload the film; it will cost you money, but you get to upload the movie and use it as desired with any legal action or fear of having your account deleted.
In the USA, the fair use acts allow users to upload the movie on YouTube if it is for commentary, research work, educative, journalism, and criticism. The fair use act varies across countries, and it is best to get the advice of a legal counsel regarding uploading any copyright videos or protected material on YouTube
Despite all this, it is still illegal to upload a movie or any content on YouTube, and the content owner reserve the full right to their work and YouTube has the power to take down any infringed content.
